We process data you provide during an application, contract or communication: name, personal ID code, contact details (phone, email, address), financial information (income, obligations), collateral data, and data we collect under law (e.g. anti-money-laundering requirements).
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process data to handle your application and perform the contract, assess affordability and credit risk, and meet legal obligations (incl. AML and accounting), and on the basis of legitimate interest to develop services and protect claims. For direct marketing we process data only with your consent.
4. Sharing of data
We share data only to the extent needed for the service or required by law: notaries, appraisers, payment providers, credit registries, IT providers (processors), and supervisory or law-enforcement authorities. We do not sell your data.
5. Retention period
We retain data for as long as necessary for the processing purpose or required by law. Contract-related data is generally kept for up to 10 years after the contract ends (accounting and AML requirements).
6. Your rights
